Mike began his career as an apprentice at DAP Molds.  Mike excelled with DAP and became the Lead Moldmaker.  After leaving DAP Molds, Mike formed a company and named it Northern Molds.

In 2007, Mike Raymond, President/Owner, and Scott Roy, A-Moldmaker/Co-Owner, of Northern Mold Company merged with Form Tech Tool & Mold, Inc.  Merging the two companies expanded the capabilities and productivity, also increasing customer sales and expectations, which was a keystone toward Form Tech’s success.

Mike has 30 years of experience in Moldmaking and Molding.
