Form Tech Mold and Engineering, LLC. is a well-established high precision mold making company that has been in business for over 30 years. Form Tech Mold and Engineering, LLC builds various types of injection molds for the plastics and silicone industries that produce medical and military products.

We are seeking an Injection Mold Maker to join the team.

Position Overview:

• The candidate will be responsible for supporting the plastic injection mold making process.
• Commitment to maintain mutual respect and purpose with co-workers.

• The Injection Mold Maker reports to the General Manager.

  Responsibilities:

• Build & repair Plastic Injection Molds
• Proficiency in operating CNC machinery
• Experience with CAD/CAM Software (Mastercam/Cimatron)
• Ability to read, interpret and work from blueprints and schematics
• Strong understanding and use of precision measuring equipment
• Set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, mills, saws, grinders, EDM’s, etc.;
  when complete, verify the conformance of parts to specifications
• Other duties as assigned, as needed, to satisfy customer production/needsQualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of a 2-year technical degree
  with an emphasis in Tool and Die or Machining is preferred
• Knowledge of Plastic Injection Mold Making experience preferred
• A minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing tool room environment required
• An initiative-taking attitude and a desire to continually learn and improve
